“Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat: because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it.” Mathew 7:13-1
The Crooked Mile is the “straight gate”. Few will have the courage to seek this path, even fewer will follow it to its end. If you have the grit and determination to make the journey and explore what is on the other side of that unknown, you will come to realize that YOU are your master. When your mind and body come into alignment, there is nothing you can't accomplish - absolutely nothing.
A very special acknowledgement to Ramon Dorame and Lucas Burnett for showing me the way early on in my journey and introducing this old guy to an amazing group of people. You will both always have a very special place in my heart. Also, a sincere thank you to all my brothers and sisters at State 48 for giving me hope. Hope that if you surround yourself with an open hearted, open minded, diverse group of human beings that your perspective can and will change.
